Not exactly; the development of the R8 LMP in this pic dates back to 1999. It shares very little in common with the 2007 R8 road car except for the name.

R8 has a V8 petrol engine and the R10 has a V10 turbo-diesel.

I suppose I shoot about 80% on 'M' at the race track. I use shutter priority just now and then, particularly when the light is very variable and almost all my pit and paddock '

You have a thing about Ferrari I take it... At Le Mans this year there are 5 of them but they are all running in the GT classes, so no expectation of an overall win. The last prancing horse with any hope of winning was the Ferrari 333 about 10 years ago.
