Hi guys, there is a step-by-step video i made for the 11 second club last week ( www.11secondclub.com/ ) kinda fun to animate.You can see here the process on every single acting i make for years. always this way.
if you 're starting to work on flash, use created depths in the character to be organized : animating piece by piece is way easier to reach the final production. And it shows to your lead animator where you are in the process to see if you'll be able to be good for the deadline.

you animate the mouth first? How do you get it to stick with the head motion?

Because the flash sofware is like inception : the mouth is in the head. and the head is in the body. they are many floors in the character, and there is the same sound in every floor. All is synchronized.

Oh another VERY important step that I believe should be put in every instructional video about animating:
Be PATIENT. It's going to take a long time to animate especially to this level. Don't get discouraged, take your time, and do your work.

Ah such simple steps I have been ignoring, I've just been drawing the whole thing frame-by-frame using the schematics I made.
