Hi guys, there is a step-by-step video i made for the 11 second club last week ( www.11secondclub.com/ ) kinda fun to animate.You can see here the process on every single acting i make for years. always this way.
if you 're starting to work on flash, use created depths in the character to be organized : animating piece by piece is way easier to reach the final production. And it shows to your lead animator where you are in the process to see if you'll be able to be good for the deadline.

ce qui fait au final qu'une fois qu'une anim est faite dans sa profondeur, on peux facilement l'animer dans un espace au dessus oû il est attaché à d'autres éléments ( ici les yeux, le nez, oreilles, etc...) . quoiqu'on fasse avec les elements de la tête ( mouvements de perspective ) , ça lira la bouche à l'intérieur sans souci.
