"YES, IT"S FROM THE MOVIE EVERYONE"!!!!Foam latex suit pieces sculpted for the "Rinzler" character.Worked with friend Steve Kotch on this suit sculpt.
Doing hard surface-very symmetrical sculpting on a not so symmetrical body form was quite a challenge.

So you actually cut the pieces out and attached them instead of a sort of pour-on method?

That's ok, but this was done like it's normally done for a film. It's sculpted on a body form of the actor, molded and cast out of foam latex.

ah, FROM the movie. Gotcha. Heh. I like the look and style of the helmet. I really want to design/sculpt/fabricate a tactical swat helmet in that style, like from HALO:REACH, but not as bulky and busy.....also a sasquatch prosthetic. >:]
