Bio

Gordon is one of the older students at Sodor Community College. Born into a successful family, Gordon grew up on his older brother Scott's achievements and became determined to live up to, if not surpass his sibling in every conceivable way. Due to this, he has developed a heated rivalry with his cousin Spencer, who's parents are the managers of the most profitable business in the United Kingdom, BoxfordCorp. His parents ultimately decided that bringing Gordon up in all the fame, money and competitiveness wouldn't be good for him in the long run, so they decided to move to Sodor, in hopes that Gordon would become more respectful and friendly to others.

Gordon is the most athletic student at SCC, outperforming every student at almost every sport; this, coupled with his already high ranking family has made him extremely proud, pompous and self-important, often leading him to boast to the people around him. Despite his parents' best efforts, Gordon still wants to some day be held in the same regard as his brother, and will try anything to make himself feel superior to anyone else; he even speaks in an exaggerated posh accent to sounds more sophisticated compared to the other students, which ironically makes them view him as unsophisticated.

Because of his desire to live up to his family name, Gordon expects to get the most important jobs around the school and either sulks when he doesn't or gets jealous of the ones that do. As a result of this, Gordon sometimes acts as a bully to those he views as "beneath him", often leading to others belittling him and reminding him of his own shortcomings, which more often that not, shuts him up. Though he can sometimes go too far, particularly when he was the only one to call out Edward for losing to the Mainland sports team one time and even getting into a full blown fist fight with Thomas at one point.

Sometimes Gordon shows a kinder side and gives advice to the younger students, usually after some kind of mishap due to his foolhardiness. He even stands up to the actual bullies in defense of his friends every chance he gets, more out of his loyalty to them than wanting to put himself in a good light for everyone to notice.

Proud and loyal, but pompous and stubborn, Gordon pushes himself at every turn and expects nothing less then perfection as a result. While he may act mean from time to time, he does have a good heart and will stand up for his home no matter what and is widely viewed by many as Sodor's "Shooting Star".
