Bio

Rebecca is a transfer student from the Mainland who arrived after moving out of her parent's home to start living on her own. She'd heard interesting things about Sodor and wished to start her solo life there where she hoped would be plenty of excitement and escapades. She arrived not long after Edward and Henry transfered school houses and was sorted into Tidmouth thanks to the single open spot left, though she came much earlier than what Sir Topham Hatt expected, which lead to a lot of confusion regarding the jobs that were meant to be done around the school that she was helping with. While all of them were done quickly and efficiantly, it also created plenty of free time that nobody knew what to fill with, as all other tasks were either complete or in progress.

Despite her less than steller introduction to Sodor Community College, Rebecca quickly became a welcoming addition and a great new friend. She is very jolly and always brightens up anyone's day. She loves to see the best in everyone she meets, even those who are devious or ill behaved, and rarely lets anything get her down. Despite her stature and build, she is very affectionaite and sweet, while also being able to firmly stand her ground against others when the situation calls for it. Though she can sometimes be overly anxious or hasty, as she has something of a perfectionist complex, so while others may think she does exceptionally well a something, to her though, it's never good enough. Because of her willingness to see the best in everything but herself, she can be quite gullible; making her an easy target for harmless pranks or devious tricks.

Something Rebecca is not so open about though is the fact that her body is greatly under developed for her age. Despite staying fit and keeping in top shape most of her life, she never became noticeably endowed or curvy, which lead her to become secretly jealous of her female friends even before she came to Sodor. Sometime afterward however, she began to see her jealousy of other girls as an attraction, making her assume see could be homosexual. Her assumtions were confirmed after being asked out by Hank Baldwin and feeling nothing afterwards despite how well their date went, and the two are on good terms about it.

Even after this personal revelation, Rebecca never attempted to reach out and actually ask any of the girls out, as she was scared that she would be laughed at and cast out from everyone else. However, during Duck's exam survival party, Rebecca drank some of the punch that someone had spiked for a joke, and woke up back at her flat in bed with Nia Kur-Billinton, much to the utter shock and embarrassment of both girls. Remebering what she could from the party, Rebecca confessed to her guest about her sexual orientation and how she came to that conclusion, as well as admitting that she recalled getting pretty close to Nia during their stupor. In tears after thinking she had messed up and caused Nia to hate her, Rebecca was surprised that not only was Nia not mad at her, but actually admitted to having pleasent recollections of their time together at the party, as well saying she was willing to give a relationship a chance if Rebecca was okay with it. After being too afraid to ask a girl out and now actually being asked out by another girl herself, Rebecca said yes and the two shared their first kiss, becoming an official item.

Due to being the only same sex couple amongst their friends, they tried to keep their relationship a secret, out of fear of being ostracised. Though they continued this for a long time, Nia told her that she could no longer keep something as big as this from her family, so both of them agreed to spill everything together. To their surprise however, all their fears were layed to rest instantly, as not only were Nia's family supportive of their relationship and happily welcomed Rebecca, but all their friends were too. While they're still not as openly active together in public, they know that they have people who support them thoroughly, and they couldn't be happier.

Rebecca is someone that everyone loves having around to brighten up their day; her jolliness, enthusiasm and affection are very infectious, and while some can be overwhelmed by her, she never means any harm. Despite her optimistic attitute, she does feel the need to constantly outdo herself and prove she's as good as her friends, regardless of them telling her she's fine the way she is. Those who she's close to consider her a great friend and a welcoming addition to their ever expanding group.
