I have searched and scoured the net in search of this scene from Star Trek V I'm glad that it is over. Very beautifully done. This image truly brings out kirks quite.

Incredible! The Enterprise refit is my favorite of them all, and I love when someone does it the justice it deserves. Keep those things coming dude.

I have to ask you another question...I know what you do isn't easy, but could you briefly tell me how the process works? I'd love to learn to do those types of amazing pictures.

Okay, so: You find/make a decent background on which you could iagine a nifts starship. You load the mesh in Max, add the background. You twist and turn the ship so it stands in the needed angle. You add one or more lights of specific colours and light types, depending on the effects you want to achieve. You press Render and save the image. You open the image in Photoshop, play aroudn with brightness/contrast, colour balance, etc. Finally, you add some noise in the image, it makes it less sterile. That's all.

Ok...one of these days, we have to connect somehow so you can explain that in better detail...I SO want to learn how to do those.
And I have thought of something I'd like you to do...not sure if it's too complicated or not...BUT...I was watching an episode of Enterprise, Atazi Prime. The one when the Xindi attack Enterprise and completely rip her a new one. See if you can do a render of the badly damaged NX-01. If you can't do that one, let me know, I've got another idea.
