If you look at the 1701 and 1701-D blueprints, you find no toilets. I guess they really don't have to take a leak in the 24th century

If you look on the constitution plans the other door in the bridge led to a narrow height corridor with an emergency gangway to deck two and a WC behind one of the unmanned stations adjacent to the viewscreen.

I remember...I think the Franz Joseph had "waterclosets" in the crew quarters. I also remember seeing some I think on the 1701-D on the way to the conference room behind the science stations...but I don't remember where I saw them. It might have been the FASA Star Trek RPG manual. But I wouldn't swear to it in a court of law. lol

The enterprise D seckplans box set has them behind science too, perhaps thats where you saw them.
