Ever feel like your world is shattered? yeah....This is a setup shot. The hammer is glued to the prop glass (the liquid in it is actually resin) and then held in place using a clamp. The glass dust was dropped on the set and I clicked the shutter. I was hoping to make it look like stop motion.

Great setup shot! My first thought was that the liquid was ice. I really like the concept behind this, and in your whole gallery, you make beautiful pictures that also have powerful messages behind them.

Is the glass designed to look broken, or is it one you've broken and glued back together? Just looking at how the stem sits against the 'bowl' part.
What sort of resin do you use?

Honestly I think it's pretty interesting to see how you adapt the way of doing the shot to what is possible and still keep it looking like it is a stolen moment in time.
