Description This is another recent image. It's slightly richer in colour than some of my other sepia-tinted drawings. I'm considering working back into some of my old stuff at some stage to get a similar effect.

can see what you mean. a bit more can do wonders for impact. love the conceptualization as always, and the symbols nailed it.

hey, by the way, after 2 months of work, i've finished my 6feetx 6feet piece, hope you'd check it out. [link]
thanks!

I love how interperative your artwork is, it's so symbolic, hee hee. I do like the sepia tones with that bit more of colour involved, it gives it some life, though I wouldn't go back and change your older works unless you really want to, sometimes the lack of colour is a great effect.
And wow, that's digital?! What program do you use?

I use photoshop to colour my images, but they all start out as finished pencil drawings. I never know whether I should be putting them in digital or traditional art. Most of the work is done with pencil and paper, but if I put them in traditional art people would want to know what paints I used!

I'd keep 'em in digital, though I would mention the pencil work too because that is a main part of the drawing. You do a great job of making digital look like watercolour or something, it's really well done!

Hahaha ... they are reading the instructions and deperately trying to put something together in the right order ... I think the book has a page missing! Excellent image!

my imagination dances when it sees your work ... the best part of the piece, to me, is the birdhouse. it makes it seem the wannabee saint/scientist would like to impress people like Francis of Assisi ... but he has no idea they will think he is someone form a Hitchcock movie when the birds come. No doubt about it, he believes in believing.
