Description
While she was getting ready, Core had the mom go to the bathroom to check the sharpness of her teeth. Her canines had grown since she met Core; to the size of what seemed like a wolf's. Core realized the sound of water falling from the upstairs bathroom. After checking that the rest of the family was in the living room, she crept up the stairs, to the bathroom. When she reached it, she slowly opened the door, entered, and then shut it behind her. She moved slowly, trying not to make a shadow to alert her daughter. With one swift movement, she ripped aside the curtains and attacked her daughter's neck. The shocked screams were blocked by the running water, as Core had planned. When she was full of blood, the mother rearranged her so she wouldn't drown, but left the water on so that the rest wouldn't wonder why her shower went quite so quickly. She then stepped out of the bathroom, instantly forgetting what had happened, and returned to the living room with the rest of the family.Once Core had gained control of the daughter, and he had. Finish and forget, he repeated the step with the younger one. She was easier, for she was 8 and not vain yet. She offered no objection when her mom appeared in the shower, placing her mouth on her neck. Only when she felt the poke of the bite did she let out a startled scream, but it didn't last long. For the second part of his plan, he had her dry and dress the 8 year old. By the time she was done, the child awoke, ready to act Trojan horse. The kid ran down the stairs, into the living room where her dad sat. She gave him a big, warm hug. Core made sure the rest of the family didn't acknowledge the screams.
Core ran through his mind the possibilities that here opened to him, now that he had this power. Through the minds he had already controlled, he figured he was a vampire, or better yet, a head vampire. He figured he could gain control of Earth by vampirism with ease. As his thoughts let loose, he thought of Martha. She had been there when he entered, but she wasn't there when he got out. He needed to figure out where she went… He calculated his future actions, trying to find the best way to continue.
