You should practice how to draw hands, and the arms, well, they're good i guess, butt i thing they are too short

it looks really good but you shouldn't make the arms so thin, make the bust round instead of the square like shape you made, the earrings should be a little smaller to not minimize the work put into the face, make the mouth smaller so it's more feminine,make your fingers shorter and thicker, make the waist curve in instead of straight, also round your fingers more, and last but not least don't make the sleeves so bushy they're a little distracting from the rest of the picture. your colors and blending are perfect though, they are perfectly blended and it's blending is smooth which is always a plus.
