I would have done something with the house shadow a bit. It's seems a little out of place but the rest is nice. Love the foreground trees!!!

Its strange since this was taken on a different continent and country but this shot reminds me of a cabin in the Texan Hill Country I spent some time in growing up when me and my family would go hunting there during late Autumn and Winter.
