Description
foxfirestudios.net/johnnybriz/…I apologize for being so slow as of this past month. Although some might gripe it’s because of my favorite game.
In giving thanks to my new Neverwinter Guild, The Jolly Roger, I’ve started a new illustrated story titled “Marcie of the Sundering,” where a girl gamer ends up in the Forgotten Realms during the 5th Edition timeline. While I’m making this story for the book, I’ll be more than happy to share the story here if anyone’s interested.
And then there’s this past week which became a source of my work ethic surge: The current Dungeon Master of my Encounters team had to step down, and asked me to DM for him. I’m really excited in being a live Dungeon Master for the first time, and I’ve been preparing all week for tomorrow’s start. It also is a cause to spit out more work more often, because I tend to lump everything into one big to-do list and focus on knocking them out. (While having just one item in the in-box tends to just linger there nagging at me. I wonder if anyone else has this particular bad habit; where more work to do leads to more time at the grindstone?)

"Should I have left him alone?"
Yes. And then you should have called animal control.

Oh, I knew I forgot to mention something. The term Alex uses is 'Au contraire'. Also, Amber's missing her eye highlights in panel four.
If you're that jazzed up for some of this D&D and/or Neverwinter stuff, then go for it; Just be sure to stay on top of things here too. I also think it would be in your best interests to use your journal to keep your readers (and your collaborators) in the loop on what you're doing with the comic or your other projects, so we can avoid situations where you 'disappear' for days at a time. I honestly thought you gave up on this one between this and the last comic's tardiness.
