What Jim's experiencing right now is that of the Lab Intern having the Intern's memories, personality, and voice erased so that the chips in Scarlet can install her memories, personality, and voice in it's place. Scarlet was the first costume in her line where this is perfected.Of course, it isn't quite what is really happening to him.
