I like the texture, looks like he is in front of a giant aquarium and the water is reflecting on him... Yeah my english is terrible and I can't explain properly what I mean XD But the point is that it looks perfect for a shark XD

Yup, he's just more of a big jerk than a diabolical villain who wants to take over the world, get money or power, etc.
