Originaly just Internet Explorer-chan, a normal one which is a moe anthropomorphism mascot character of Internet Explorer (which most people barely used), but thanks to their unexpected edits and changes of my drawing (sketch property in my term), it ended up with this.

Special thanks to Thomas and Sofia for making these kinds of changes (turning her into an evil-like persona, and the design of her legs, respectively), even though the way she looked like is not what I wanted or planned for.

She is fused or even infected with an unknown type of computer virus (if you can just imagine something like that) and she has gone rogue. That's what she looked like.

I show no hate to Internet Explorer-chan. I (including some of my classmates) made this out of imagination. If you are a fan of hers, please understand that I also liked her as well. This is also not related to the Wuhan coronavirus.
