I love the designs! But just one quick comment on the tack: why don't you use reference for it? I haven't seen one horse comic in which the tack is convincing!

nice! it's refreshing to see solid designs like this that i can see caricatures of horses underneath, and not some overused cartoon of a horse.

thanx for the valued comment. I definitely enjoyed working on this although dont know what happened to the project. Client very adamant about seeing the real character w/in the horse....very specific.

It's a moose horse!
heh, sorry some of those long faces just look moose-like. Gives him a sort of "old man" look.

The horse has so much personality. I like the bottom one in the middle he has the expression of "what are you looking at?"
