Ahhh...yes. The Drow. Your image brought back memories of some black n' white work I did for Green Ronin Publishing, in which I did several illustrations of the Drow. This is a strong and ambitious piece, David. I holds up very well!

I love the half spider and half human Enemy of Gabrius. I like it It's like when Frodo and Sam fought the spider demons on the way to Mordor. I also like the splashes of light and the colors of Underdark. It's on Fairies, dragons and other mythological creatures, in the folder Demons and other evil creatures. This is the link for it. You're doing well as is. Keep saving your cookies for a tablet - they are quite useful. A lot of my early cartoon stuff is just on the mouse too - frustrating times.

I like the green from the drider, but I think the blue says more "night" than "underdark"

A more rocky texture, and a more desaturated blue, maybe.

We'll see - desaturating tends to turn it back to greyscale a bit too much but when I get back to it I'll certainly give it a try. Cheers.

I know that they are bad characters but Drizzt affect to me and changed my opinion about this race

My God I love watching this develop. It's such an organic process. Every time you come back I notice new details, new textures. This time I'm particularly drawn to the threads of webbing at the bottom. You've really captured their sticky, wispy qualities. I'm so glad you keep sharing this with us and I can't wait to see more. <3

You're very welcome. I am doing well. *^_^* Thank you for asking. I have a love hate relationship with this sort of piece. The one that kind of keeps haunting you and is so hard to pin down. When I get to the end of the journey though, and I put it away...I always feel sad. <3

I think this is progressing really well Shin, the colours as a whole look right for the image but I'd alter the tones between the forground and background to make them stand apart form each other, keep the background colours a cool tone and play with the main characters to add more warm colours, then maybe a very slight blurring of the background.
