The proportions of this character makes me think that this is a model of a person in their early teens. Is that what you were going for?

because it is a suit so it doesnt make him as 'fat' like the original character. Suit tend to be tighter imo

I think its the legs. He doesn't seem tall enough. Maybe he needs longer legs. And the shoes seem huge in comparison to the rest of the body.
