This is something I come up because I see many cases were Feminists or any group demand equality without understanding its meaning, so as an educator that I am, I will teach everyone what equality really means.

Equal Rights or Equality in general means that everyone, from LGBT, African American, Transgender Person, or someone from Another Country, gets the same rights regardless of their gender, sexuality, or who they are in general. That means the person that means you gets the same rights as everyone else for example: If a woman wants to work in Construction, she must first prove herself to be worthy to be recruit. That means that everyone from the Army, Law Enforcement to Firefighters must go through tough training first no matter their gender. A woman also receives the same salary just like a man if she work the same Hour as a man. If a woman hits a man first, the man has the same right to hit back. A woman who commits a crime such as rape, child abuse or pedophilia will be punished the same as a man.

In other words, Equality is not giving you a Special Treatment.

It means treating your the same way as everyone else without prejudice or favoritism. Equality means that everyone is treated equally without prejudice or favoritism without any special privilege, so this means that a man has the same right to stay at home doing housework while a woman has the same right to go to work. Its means if you violate a Website's Rules you get banned even if you give them more revenue that others. Its means if you violate the Laws you can get arrested even if you are a woman. In other words, Equality means that there will be no Special Treatment for you regardless of whether you are Homosexual, Straights, Man, Woman, Rich, Poor, Race, or a Imigrant.

That is Equality.
