Description
Enthea found her self in a part of the forest she had never seen before. The grass grew well above her shoulder blades and she had to raise her head up high to be able to see over its thick barrier. Her nostrils flared with fear and confusion and she sulks down bellow the grass.A familiar sent enters her nostrils and her head shoots up again to see the sea of grass and a large island of roots and moss rise above the tall grass. Her eyes scanned the island with great interest and caution. Three gigantic trees bordered the hill, forming a distinctive triangle. Roots webbed the island, collecting the dirt into a compact ball that had been placed with in the earth.
K so that was a part in a chapter that inspired this picture. I tried to draw the third tree in but it just didn't loo right. So i guess the third tree is just playing hide and seek XD Any way i hope you like it

she hasn't really lost her family or been dismissed, basicly she's just having a dream.

ya my friends and i r writing a story... tho i think i actully took that part out ... lol ya cause i got lost and couldn't figure out how to get from where i was to where i wanted to be in the story, that and i thought of somthing cooler, but the place where Enthea's at is still in the book, i just haven't thought of a way to have it in the book yet. Also the book is called Tearing Down the Cobwebs in case yer wondering

ya i'm really pleased with the fireflies, the grass i feel like i cheated cause i used the grass brush in the program i use but

Yeah, but who doesn't use that brush, lol! ^^
Seriously, I see it all the time, it just makes sense if you want detailed looking grass.
I guess you could create your own brush to look different but most wouldn't take the time to.

Wowww *-* Dawn this is so pretty! Despite the fear this is supposed to protray, I can't help but see the beauty that this drawing radiates ^-^ The shading is so even, nothing looks too bright or too dark, but the best thing I'd have to comment on is the trees. They look so natural, and the eeri-ness that they give is so mysterious that it makes me feel the need to shudder - in a good way, of course ;3
