Lesson 1: Using effects to fill doorways and roofs

This is a tutorial I put together in the hopes that it will help inspire my fellow dreamweavers

With the addition of regions, doorways and roofs are much harder to work with (if using the regions). Before, you could "build" the room through an open doorway, so it wasn't empty and needn't be covered by a door. Now, if you want regions touching, then you're stuck with blackness.. or effects! (Or items, though effects are much nicer since they stack with items!)

I also included a short explanation of how to use effects as a very basic roof. There are much nicer looking ways to do roofs over regions, but they involve complicated patching procedures that are just too difficult to explain well =/
