the wizards curse On the rats. They're basically THE disease itself. From the moment the wizared cursed them. But to seal the pact, they gotta find those three items. Then the wizared does a cerimony and has the rats pick a "name" from the sacred book (which is in reality a medical enciclapedia) But I didn't draw any of that yet, sorry.
