but even though dollars are practically worthless now, Atlas still has a large crime rate (PROBABLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT ANY-OLD-AVERAGE-JOE CAN BUY A FUCKING POWER SUIT)

so FireBrand and BioniTech teamed up to deal with this problem by creating a police force!
