Description
This is my most recent MOC. I tinkerd this him together in about a week, but at a little at a time. Like a day here and there. I'm not really too satisfied with the over all results. I like how the upper torso came out. Not counting the liberty spikes he stands 16 inches tall. I rounded down a bit. The spikes are about another inch so that'd be 17" if you count them. I I also like his war hammer. That's pretty cool how that came out. I had a hell of a time finding something that was dense enough to be a hammer but not like over bearing and bulky. Its still a bit to heavy for his very articulated torso. HAHA the stone titan that supposed to be holding world on his shoulders has a weak back.Atlas is the 6th and final edition to my "good set of six" Seriously I need to fne a name for both sets that rolls off the tongue better.

Quick question(s):
1. Do you have a Youtube Channel? And if you do, can you send me the link?
2. Have you ever thought of doing an extra parts sale on ebay like the famed JANGbricks? And if you're not, it's fine.
Reply within the next 2 hours or your 2006-2010 parts will break

1. www.youtube.com/channel/UCK8pL… I do have a channel. Its the same name as I use here.
2. Nah I haven't considered that. I don't watch Jank bricks. Ever since he started covering off brand stuff I unsubbed. That was a couple years ago to.
Well damn it's been 9 hours. Guess that explains why my parts all of a sudden just randomly broke. CURSES!

This is really cool! Reminds me of the "Voodoo Heads" prototype somehow, was that your inspiration?

Thanks. No not at all. I actually didn't know about those until fairly recently. I didn't have a computer till about 2009. So he was built while I was still discovering the internet and learning about Bionicle.

i dont see how people can make stuff like that in the first place, much less take them back apart
holy cheezballs....
nice work, looks like it could be made and driven in the near future
i like the wheels which set did they come from?

It gets pretty complicated. Taking a MOC apart is pretty easy actually, Just *yank, snap, etc* and its back in pieces again.
Thanks. The wheels are from the 2003 Star wars clone wars Hailfire droid set.

this looks like a halo brute, well sort of. the head and the feet are wrong, as well as the armor colour but that don matter.

this...
is awesome!
I love how you made the warhammer, it looks so bad-ass and matches great with the head.
The back shot was the one that impressed me the most tho... it looks so complex. I like how you made the torso and the legs, but the shoulders look a bit... meh... smooth? IDK they just stand out to me.
And btw blue + brown FTW!

Thank you. Sorry this is a tad late you're comment got burried. LOL
I like how it came out as well. I somewhat struggled with getting the hammer to look right. I tried something using visorak heads/bodies but that turned out way too big and bulky looking. THis is a nice liter but sturdy design.
Well the shoulders have to be kinda open and bare so they can move. If I stick anything over them or on them they can't move and his flexibility in his shoulders suffer.
You know I've gotten kinda mixed reviews about the blue I think over all people like it. SOme people didn'tAgain thanks.

yeah I liked that as well. There's two of them on there and they both have the teeth in them still it makes for a very interesting effect having those two carapar heads mirrored to each other like that. It was so interesting I was contemplating doing a submission of it, but I decided against it. I don't need a billion detail shots of every thing.

Uhhh no probably not. I've kinda maxed out my ability to build large MOCs. No more good parts that make the big stuff. I'm gonna focus on improving what I got and doing some other various smaller MOCs.

Yeah, I think I need to improve my titan models, but I need more titan sets, I mostly collected the canister sets during the years

Plague-Doc-Matteo In reply to catuopuma [2010-05-06 10:22:57 +0000 UTC]
Ah yeah canister sets don't really help with getting those pparts needed for titans or anything beyond toa or regular figures. To build titans and vehicles and what not you gotta get the sets of the same sort.

Quite cool indeed, the waist articulation is something not many kits and fewer MOCs have managed to grasp, and the general look of him and his hammer is a pretty cool titan type.

Plague-Doc-Matteo In reply to Levia-the-Dragon [2010-04-26 00:10:06 +0000 UTC]
The waist and back articulations is nice when its just the figure give him hs hammer and its not strong enough. Thanks I was going more for a general titan look. Something that is about the size of what lego puts out. I see I've done that. I'm sure like all the other's I'll keep working on him and improving the designs.

Well technically the hair style is called liberty spikes. Its where you have a row of spiked hair that makes a mowhawk. But more or less, yes he is. Mototaur has silver liberty spikes as well. Go punk rock mowkawked bionicles.

Plague-Doc-Matteo In reply to Inanimate-box [2010-04-25 04:48:03 +0000 UTC]
Hmm well mototaur is like hands down a better MOC and has more ingenuity. This was something I just kinda tinkered together. I either didn't tey real hard with atlas, or I just never got that spark to really come up with some good stuff like I have with a lot of other MOCs. I honestly think I've gotten worse at MOCing than I used to be. Blue is an alright color. Nothing to special about it to me. Hmmmm actually I could switch him to green. I have the transparent green parts and the spikes. I may just do that. Cause I dunno I'm not feelin the blue too much. Well thanks...I think. Yes?

Inanimate-box In reply to Plague-Doc-Matteo [2010-04-25 21:50:57 +0000 UTC]
Yeah. But don't change the blue. Too many people match up green and brown because they go together; be different.

Plague-Doc-Matteo In reply to Inanimate-box [2010-04-25 23:37:28 +0000 UTC]
I guess. Well they do go together and it ain't that different cause lego has a lot of figures that are brown with blue eyes and stuff. But if you like it that much I'll keep it.

Meh its alright. I find the end results less than stellar, but I probably got high standards for myself. Thanks for the complement. I know the face couldn't really be seen that's why I post multiple pictures of each MOC.
