As for poses....I do a lot of circle drawing...that or use my wooden moving drawing doll....thing..lol. But I totally feel your pain on poses. Trying to come up with something different for each panel is EVIL. I hope the manga that you're working on turns out ok! :3. If you ever get it posted on a comic site or something, we should link up :3
