Well! I finally completed this meme. Let's just say I've been a tad busy as well as had a few things on my mind, mainly for my classes coming up for Spring. But I've completed this and now to show it. So let's get this show on the road!
Favorite Character Takato. Not only is he my favorite of the leaders, but he is also my favorite character among the Digi-destined. He wasn't this hotblooded guy like the other leaders or even that adventurous at first. He was an everyday kid who I could relate to, a kid who loved to play cards and other games. He had growth as well to be more emotionally stronger, he learns from his mistake and became more smarter. With his great personality, and amazing character development, this guy earns a spot here as my favorite character! You rock, Takato!
Honorable Mentions : Izzy (geeks of the world unite! Woo!), Tai, Rika
Least Favorite Character Davis. Now, don't get me wrong. I do NOT hate Davis at all, or even dislike him one bit. I just didn't find him as interesting as the other characters or even compared to the other leaders. I mean, he does have a couple of funny one-liners and he did help defeat MaloMyotismon but still. He didn't get as much of development as I wanted. So yeah, it kind of sucks I had to put Davis there but I don't hate him.
Favorite Digimon Gatomon. Not only is she this adorable yet fiesty and very wise cat but I just love her bond with Kari. Not to mention that she has some great development in Adventure where she went from one of Mytoismon's henchman to an ally which is just so cool. She also has a lot of sass as well. My favorite line from her has to be 'I hope my first litter doesn't act like this!'
Honorable Mentions : Biyomon, Gomamon, Veemon
Least Favorite Digimon Neemon. Meh, I just found him more obnoxious than funny. He's not all that bad but he's definitely not close to being my favorite either.
Dishonorable Mentions : Diabromon
Overrated Character Tai.
Before everyone tries to hang me for this, I don't hate Tai at all! Heck, I love the character! In fact, he's one of my favorite characters in the franchise. I mean, yeah, I did kind of dislike him when I was younger but I was an immature kid back then! Still, that aside he always gets the most praise from fans while the other leaders are put in the dust. Heck, even the franchise makes him more noticed than the other characters. Come on! I like the guy but the other leaders and characters need some love too. 
Underrated Character Zoe. Yes, I can see the complaints for the character. She's not as strong as some people wanted her to be, but to be honest, I still found her to have redeeming qualities. She is spunky, motherly, no-nonsense, and compassionate. And hey, she does have a few strong points here and there. Not to mention that she has an interesting background story.
Favorite Season Digimon Tamers. The story was more ambitious and amazing and I felt really enthralled into it. I was at the edge of my seat to know what would happen next.
Least Favorite Season ....Heh, so far I have none. Granted, I've heard that Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Leaping Through Time from a good friend that it's really bad but I want to see for it myself just to really make a final decision.
Favorite Villain A tie between Akihiro Kurata and D-Reaper. Holy hell, were these villains that I loved to hate. You got this xenophobic scientist who hated Digimon (Akihiro). He is genocidal, smug, a maniac and he managed to get away with some of this shit before his plans finally hoisted his petrad. I hate him, but damn it, he's a fucking awesome villain. And D-Reaper, that...thing is just scary. Holy hell, mind-raping a little girl coping with the loss of a parent and trying to destroy everything. That is one crazy ass villain...and I love it! Just another reason why I loved Digimon Tamers.
Least Favorite Villain MaloMyotismon. Myotismon, I like you as a villain but this form of yours...just...just...hell, even the design is a joke.
Favorite Episode Wizardmon's Gift. Truly a feelsy episode from Wizardmon's redemption to his ultimate sacrifice to save his friends...but I just love the evolution of Gatomon into Angewomon.
Least Favorite Episode I don't have one as far as I remember.

Yes yes ALL OF MY YES! Takato is my fave of the leaders too <3 Even if I do like Tai, I prefer Takato more. (I like the Tamers trio as a whole)
and yes Zoe needs more love IMO. She was very likable as a character (I blame the writers for making her get only one victory etc).
Gatomon is great and one of my faves (and I agree- for a comic relief character, Neemon isn't only useless, he's obnoxious. the funny parts from Frontier came from the kids' interactions NOT Neemon).
Tamers, Savers and the First Adventure will always be my fave seasons. Xros wars isn't too bad, though the later seasons it did go down abit (I still think Tri was the worst now I think about it.)
You got a good choice in villians (Myotismon I like you, but you are overrated as heck). Lucemon and the D-reaper will always be my fave villians.

Tri was pretty much hit or miss
nice things include seeing the Digidestined when older (and seeing some Izzy and Mimi moments) and the original 8 getting thier mega forms.
Downsides:
Meiko (the new Digidestined who is basically Jeri done wrong) and Meicoomon (a champion level cat digimon who has to force how 'cute' she is- when imo I think Gatomon is cuter than her) felt pretty shoehorned into the plot and Meiko barely did anything but cry that her partner had a virus instead of actually trying to do something about it.
If she knew Meicoomon had a virus from apocalymon's data since she was an egg, she could have dealt with it sooner or later than to rely on the digidestined.

Yeah....I don't mind Meicoomon and her line, but Meicoomon should have been a stray digimon instead of belonging to a person. Would have been more interesting.

Eh, frankly I found Kurata more boring/annoying then hateable. As well as poorly written and with stupid motives. Merging and plastering his ugly mug on Belphemon's chest was a really dumb move. He only got away with things thanks to the stupidity of others, rather then his own cleverness. Pity really, as while I liked the initial concept, the execution wasn't as good as I felt it could have been. Like a lot of Savers...
And frankly, Daemon should have been the final villain of 02. Hopefully Tri might do something with him. The Demon Lords are my favorite evil Digimon.

A question that should have been answered nearly 20 years ago, but still:
Why is Wizardmon "making the ultimate sacrifice" to begin with?
As in, unless Leomon (Tri) is now also gone forever - then this is NOT Tamers, Digimons in Adventure DO NOT die for good.
So, unless the whole "dying in the Real World is a no-no" is TRUE (yet we still have Annoying-Vampire-mon, who DID NOT die in the Real World like TWICE in a row) - then it's never forever, and the "sacrifice" is still true, but not FINAL.
For one, Ken and Wormmon are yet another case of "have you f-cking forgot your own world's settings"?
Wait, wait-wait-wait...
I just watched the latest Tri movie (which should have the Adventure world settings of "Digi-Eggs" and all) - and there, a Digimon DID die forever, and he did so IN the Digital World no less.

I had an idea for a Digimon fan series with a friend of mine.

It don't have an name, but takes place in a world where there are Digimon tournament battles, kind of like in Pokémon.
The main thing about this is Armor Fusion. Where the Digimon(s) become the weapons and armor of their tamers.
The mega forms are like combination Biomerge & Armor Digvolution.
