Disclaimer: Though these may be my general thoughts, don't hate me for 'em. Hating one over political beliefs is rather shallow, after all.Holy hell, I dislike working with these candidate models. Too high-poly for my liking. When making adjustments to expressions, I like seeing a visual result in at least a second... No such luck with these buggers.
Also.... the mental scarring is still in my head, from seeing a naked John McCain 3d model loaded into the scene before I was able to load the suit model. >.<

Most people would say (and I sorta agree with em) "if u don't like either, then learn about it and run for yourself" to which i reply "Yeah, but politics sucks. I think I would be doing more good for society if I became the street bum, instead of a politician"

That was the reason why I though tit was stupid to register one's self as one side or the other. Of course, one can register as independent, but then they can't vote in the primaries. Crazy.

Nah, because there'd be no chance that everyone would stop voting. See, in my opinion (i.e. if anyone's thoughts differ, please do not jump down my throat), Obama isn't all bad. I prefer him over Bush, honestly. I do like the ideas he's proposing to have done, particularly with health care and all that, but I think it would be better-received if the economy was in better condition. I just fear that if he takes too long on getting some changes done, the end of his term may come before said changes will go into effect. If that happens and he doesn't get another term, then we run the risk of all that work for changes to go and get undone.

I wanna keep discussing this, but politics can only hold my attention for so long. That said, what do you use for 3D modeling and rendering? =3 I use Maya. X3

I use Poser and Photoshop. I'm by no means a 3d modeler. I'm a texture guy at best. Modeling by itself only serves to frustrate me, so I just keep with making pretty textures instead.

At least you're not like a bunch of the others who slag Poser and then are all "well, you should just learn to use a modeling program". :> Truth be told, I'm quite content with what I do for making the scenes. Posing models and getting the right expressions to fit the mood, lighting the scene, and getting the overall composition to look right... that's nearly an art form in and of itself.
