Before anyone asks, no it's not water.

Since Miz and Zag are half Irken it turns out that like their father (lol, sounds weird to refer Zim as a father) it might burn their skin if they come close to water. So Zim has made them a special liquid that is use like water but it also has it's little differences like for example it destroys bad dirty germs so that his smeets are clean and Germ-free.
