His rival Zim. Remember, there is that DVD commentary quote that "Gaz is ZIM's potential love interest" & even her voice actress--who loves romance--has said that "Gaz can love; she's just better than everyone else!" Plus, she and ZIM do share commonalities (such as torturing Dib for laughs) and ZIM is the only one to get a genuine laugh from Gaz (albeit at his expense, but still...).

Heh, when I first saw this I thought it was going to be a role reversal, but I think I like the idea of them pointing out the problems in each other's obsessions is even funnier (and I like Dib's comment about the slayer reminding him of someone; nice touch).
