Yup. Apparently funimation might have the rights to the movies at the moment thus might eventually release dubbed version. Though you could probably find some subbed versions to watch for free online...if you look for them. Also it seems that in addition to the third movie, there is already a spinoff set between season 1 and R2, starring Suzaku and Kallen. Plus a Light Novel series set in the Code Geass world published under Sunrise's Yatate Bunko imprint. It centers around six characters who have been affected by Geass in some way.
