Shelly had signed up to become a mannequin a few days ago and was happily on her way to the recycler facility. She was escorted to her designated room shortly after arriving. The room had mirrors for walls all around it and a single small platform thing in the middle.

She was eager to start so she quickly disrobed, revealing the lingerie she was wearing underneath. She stepped on the small platform, posed and waited. Afterwards a small silver pole began rising from the platform. As it rose up past her feet, a section of the pole extended outward and slowly but softly, went into her foot. Shelly began to shudder until suddenly she found herself unable to move at all. It was starting, the anticipation was maddening.

The pole continued to rise until it pushed itself softly into her back. She felt a “tug” as her arms and legs, like strings were pulling them. Next she felt a cool sensation at her feet, she could see through her stockings in the mirror and saw that she was turning into fiberglass from her feet. She watched as the smooth plastic crawled up her legs, turning her flesh into vitrified perfection.

The plastic continued to rise, running up and down her arms. Though eventually the fiberglass reached her face and she gave one last confident smile as she was finally mannequinized. Her hair had actually remained attached to her. An employee walked in the room and carried her off to a nearby clothes store, to be in the window display. Shelly stood there, happy, and was rather flattered when someone would give her extended looks. Occasionally The store would change what she wore, as she remained there, happily being a mannequin.
