Jimmy, I hope this was done because you're as big a Sgt. Rock freak as I am. You've found the key for an instant ShanerFave. It's got everything I like about the character too, that grit. Great work man, I'd love to see the rest of Easy Company.

hiya doc! i love sgt rock as well and always wanted to draw him. anytime i tried he always looked too much like a 'ripping friends' cast-off, which wasn't what i was after (though nothing is wrong with those ripping friends). i intend for him to be a bit cartoony, but not by trading off his grit for goofiness. you gotta respect a guy like ROCK - a guy who carries around ammo that won't even fit in his weapons. he carries it so that he can simply press the 50 cal shells into any kraut's forehead with his thumb if they get too close!
