Never in my life have I been this excited about a chapter in One Piece!!! We're going to see Rob Lucci again! But is it just me or does his hair seem shorter...
But does that mean we'll see the rest of the group (Jabra, Kaku, Kalifa, Blueno, Kumadori, and Fukuro)? I think Spandam also made an appearance in this chapter, but I'm not sure.
And also, Sanji's bounty poster says that the government wants him Alive, not Dead or Alive like the others. What's with that?

I can only imagine what the explanation for this will be, considering as we last heard of CP9 they were fugitives and coming after Spandam because he's the one who made them fugitives.
