One of a series of character references for the Wilkinson otter-folk.This is Cedar Wilkinson, the older sister.
She was named for her exceptionally large tail.
Born minutes before her halfwitted twin-brother Cedric, and a few years older than Freda and Frederick, Cedar is the more maternal of the siblings. In her younger years, she helped her mother to nurse Freda and Frederick (cuddles, bottle-feeding, etc).
She's reasonably protective of her family.
