Description
One of a series of character references for the Wilkinson otter-folk.This is Freda Wilkinson, the youngest sister.
She was born a few years after Cedar and Cedric, around about the same time Frederick was discovered as an orphaned-at-birth kit and adopted.
As the youngest, Freda is the least experienced and not yet familiar with many of the intricacies of life. Nevertheless, she is pretty bright in her own quiet way.
She's very attached to her mother, whom she resembles the most.
