Description
Moving on from the landscape pencil sketch I did previously at the art class ([link] ), I went on to try and draw another landscape... only this time, combining it with a character drawing.
Having drawn the scenery in pencil, though, I wanted to have a go at it in colour... so I dug out the old coloured pencils to have a try at getting back into practice with the traditional shading - in colour!
Oh, but I forgot to colour the sky...

The scene itself, like the previous landscape, was based on a drawing I worked from. The only major difference is the presence of a foreground cliff with Sonic the Hedgehog overlooking the panorama.

In addition to the pencil colouring, I also tried out the foreground with a brand new fibre-tip pen that I used to ink the outlines.
