Description
Link found the scent and sped up to find it quickly; if he was right there wasn’t much time left… he suddenly stopped facing something terrible for him…A pile of books had fallen blocking his way… as he was about to jump over the first one he remembered the rules… no touching…or they fail the mission…
Link didn’t know what to do… he wasn’t strong enough to jump over it nor balanced enough to climb the shelves without falling…
Link didn’t know what to do so he quickly thought of something… eventually looking upwards at Caldera and remembered something “C- Caldera…sir?”
Caldera looked down at the young guest “yes?”
“Can you open a path with your powers? ... I’m not allowed to touch these books… but the book I’m tracking is on the other side… “Link begged humbly not sure if Caldera would help at all…
“…Of course…” Caldera used telekinesis to make all the books to float back into their piles and bookshelves…
“Thank you Caldera….” Again the little Shinx bowed his head politely and continued walking…
Eventually he found the shelf where the smell was coming from… It was quite an ordeal; there were at least twelve books in front of him where the smell was the strongest… none of them had a picture of the Pokémon they were about… Link was thinking how to solve the dilemma and, finally, he got it
“Cal- Caldera… uhm… can you lend me the book I’m searching for?”
Caldera couldn’t hold a small laugh at the boldness of the little Shinx, he looked back and saw no one looking, using his telekinesis he lifted the book and placed it in front of the kid; Link was about to grab it when Caldera talked
“Are you sure this is the book you’re looking for little one?”

Very good. But on the first line you should say what Link found (the scent I'm assuming) since this is a new page and it doesn't make sense by itself. And the last sentence of the first line could be worded better.
