Now, I remember doing it occasionally while really young, but I haven't had that many sleepovers where I slept in the same bed as my friend. Now, this isn't a bad thing at all, and I think it's really cute. I should also mention I didn't sleepover at friend's houses much

Back during my teens I watched the Aliens movie late in the night. Afterward had trouble going to sleep due to my mind thinking a Xenomorph was in the hall.

Reminds me of when I was accused of crying whilst watching a sad movie, even though I didn't cry. The irony is that the constant accusations actually made me cry XD.
As for scary movies... idk, I don't really get scared of them... I guess because they just seem too... fictional. I dunno, maybe it's because I have huge anxiety issues... the real world is scary enough on its own XD. Now computer games and creepypastas on the other hand... they stop me from sleeping for weeks at a time.
