Ah.. Legendary? Hum... I'm pretty sure it can have eggs, wikipedia say's it can get one of two traits, and that's what hints me to that conclusion. Also, I've heard he can only be a boy, so it's a hitmolee/chan/top-esque thing.
Lastly... What's Anticipate? What's it do? You're weird.

Anticipate is Lucario's signature attack. If the opponent uses an attack that would otherwise damage Lucario, Lucario attacks FIRST with 1.5 the power of the incoming attack.
I was hoping Lucario wouldn't be male-only, but oh well. It can have eggs, so dittobreeding will be a must.

Yeah they changed all the names...lots of pokemon learn anticipate. Lucario's signature attack is called "pulse bomb", but even so, Togekiss and Mewtwo/Mew learn it as well.
