Description
Rias and the
ORC is called to the Underworld by Sirzechs. Rias asked what it was for but her brother tells her it was a surprise. Once they arrive at the Gremory estate Rias is surprised to see a very familiar face, that she hadn't seen in a very long time, her Childhood Friend Charlie Morningstar and her Parents Lucius and Lilith Morningstar.

While the senior members recognized the three figures, the newer ones like Issei were confused. Rias explained that they were the Ruling family of Malebolge, the part of the Underworld where Sinners are sent to. And that Lucius was the acting Lucifer of that realm. She then explains that their Daughter Charlie or Charolette was one of her closest Childhood Friends next to Sona.

Rias then asked why they are here, and that's when Charlie showed the ORC her Idea, to create a Hotel to redeem the sinners in Malebolg. But they first had to get confirmation from the Supreme Lucifer to make such a thing. While Charlie was telling most of the ORC of her Idea, Sirzechs pulls Issei away to talk with him Along with Lucius and Lilith.

When Issei was brought to the next room he asked Sirzechs why he had brought him here. Lucius and Lilith spoke up and told him that they wanted to talk with him in private about something Important. They explain to Issei that they are still hesitant about Charlies' Idea as it would bring the Ire of many low-level and High-level demons and sinners in Malebolge. While they don't doubt that Charlie can protect herself they know that even she has a limit to what she could handle. As such they wanted Issei, the Red Dragon Emperor, to act as the Hotels security. Only until they found a more permanent solution, and that it wouyld take around a month at least.

While surprised at first Issei accepts their proposal, not wanting to turn down a parent's cry for help for their daughter's safety. Once the finer details were worked out, Issei was brought back to the Others who were told about Isseis new assignment. While Rias was a little adamant about letting Issei go, she understood that Isseis strength was necessary for her friends' safety, so she agrees. After getting ready and saying their goodbyes Issei bords the Train with the Morningstars.

Issei didn't know what to expect from Malebolge, but he knew he had a job and by the Honor of his Master Rias Gremory, he dared anyone to try and harm the Hotel.
