se ve muy bien. Vas a usar jQuery pa el diaporama?
El footer del diaporama se ve bien cabron pa codificar ya que veo que sera seguramente un png con transparencia. Cuidado con ese tipo de formato que puede tener problemas en ie6 pero tambien con el safari (el safari hace una correccion gamma sobre los png que puede ser bien fastidioso).
Si no se ve super limpio (demasiado???), a mi me encantan ese tipo de diséños
