Stunning. The color is what draws me to this painting. You have done an incredible job working with the limited colors- it makes me focus on the feel of it. I like how the eye and nose are subtly disproportioned- they draw my eyes upward, so it is effective. The movement is beautiful also. Great piece!

The color is the most stunning thing about this piece, so dark and rich, with tiny hints of a lighter color bringing out really lovely highlights in all that green-blue. I also really like the exaggerated facial features and the strange perspective; I think the eye is the only thing that could use work. It's the only thing in this image that looks flat and one dimensional. I think it's just that the white is very solid and flat looking. It's really interesting the way you abstracted this from the photograph and made it look so interesting and alien.

There is a sense of wonder in this piece... I am really drawn to the perspective, the angle and how the eye is a central focus on the page, the movement is effective too. Interesting piece.

Amazing. Simply amazing. Now if only I could bring myself to use acrylics. I always overdo it and end up with brown mush because I just have to fix onnnne more thing.
