I always found it funny that Patrick Stewart in his 60's is in better shape than Shatner in his prime.

Yeah, Finding sources is always the toughest thing when doing this kind of art. I have spent hours trying to find sources, only, sometimes, to come up short. When you do find a good source, though, isn't it just great?!
