This was actually a fan art piece so it's not published by Marvel. I wish it was though. Hopefully an X-Men gig comes my way.

A bank transfer might come into play but those would charge like 25$+ for the transaction... perhaps i'll just wait untill Paypal recognizes my country or I move someplace else
