Description
shortly after the invasion of Earth in 2356 SC-77 was tasked to build machines to counter the aliens war machines. the Devastator was the first LDM (Large Defense Machine) to be produced, compared to the Avalanche the devastator is more more heavially armored defensively as well as offensively as a result it is slower and less versatile. however this is entirely made up with its massive firepower (most noticeable the rocket pods) and high density armor which has kept it in one piece so far.

the main weapon is the custom built mark 3 Chain gun on the left arm, the ammo is capable of easily penetrating the armor of alien machines and can sustain a fire rate of 6000 RPM
the right arm houses a shotgun which fires a 200mm spread shell at 300 RPM, the gun is scavenged from multiple tank parts and is highly effective against the organic armor of the envading forces
there are guns mounted to the torso, 6 sets for a total 10 guns, firing a range of 12.7mm to 30mm bullets at a variety of fire rates
it is also equipped with dual missile launchers for a total complement of 44 seeker missiles and 6 heavy rockets which is the favorite means of destruction by most pilots

the dual heli-blade arms and foot-mounted jet assists are used to move it over barriers it is incapable of climbing, they can lift the LDM to a height of 10 stories although, it has been known to be pushed higher.

NOTES:

rebuilt the Gatling gun to be housed closer to the arm and placed the barrels higher up, as well as moving the laser to the front.
as suggested by many, I beefed up the heliblades. i tried some of the suggested blades but didn't care for that look. so i ended up doubling the bars instead.
also reattached the shotgun, moving it higher and closer to the mounting arm.
as well as adding some filler to the front of the cockpit
