Damn I had this for a long time. I drew it on the back of a hand out for class last semester and I just barely got around to inking and coloring it. I liked it enough *shrugs*This is Megan, the ditziest, sweetest vixen in a story Jeremy is writing with Winter in it. As you can see, she works for Hooters, as does Winter (there is a reason she works there, and that's the joke XD ). Megan is the self-proclaimed best friend of Winter, much to her dismay XD Anyway, I'm rambling. Megan is ditzy but hella cute. hella.
