Description
This is the first and last time I'll draw a fan.Retta, Lily's younger sister, with the power of wind. Her hair is supposed to be browner (is that a word?) than that? But I think this colour (Prisma Tuscan Red) suits her well.

Actually, it was that animation that gave me the idea for this pic. It's so simple but it made me laugh so much cuz you actually took the time to animate a fan, of all things.

I think you did well too, I dunno about the fan but heck, not everything is gonna be perfect try as we may, maybe it's just me. That'll just happen sometimes I guess, I would suggest on one end ot get better drawing things like that but it's a fan, not something always critical, I mean, I dunno, it' s still great if you ask me, even if the fan is a little off (emphasis on a little, the actuall blades maybe needs to be a little close to center but that's just me...) this is still well done, nice.

Awesome coloring on this, that hair looks really good. And I wouldn't give up on fans just yet. All you really needed to to was just shift the blades over a little to the right and it'd be fine. I like the way you drew the cage, has an interesting stylized look to it.
