I've been in a drawing funk, so I decided to try drawing the Tiny Toons characters. I've been having problems with Babs' head looking almost "bald" in my interpretation, which has a similar body design as yours.
I like the style of "head fur" you gave her in this image. The character is still recognizable yet your interpretation feels fresh without over-sexualizing her.
